Meeting transcripts in.
Verified tickets out.
Prosody reads your Zoom and Teams transcripts, scores the emotional tone line by line, and drafts the follow-up work. A human confirms each one, then it lands in Jira or ClickUp — with the emotional context plain-text tools miss.

The problem
Decisions get made in the meeting. The work gets lost after it.
Someone agrees to own a fix, a deadline gets named, a concern goes unanswered — and then the call ends. Plain transcription tools hand you a wall of text. They do not reason about urgency, they do not notice tension, and they never open a ticket.
Notes decay
Action items live in a doc nobody reopens. By the next sync half of them are forgotten.
Urgency is flattened
A summary treats a blocker and an aside the same way. Priority is left to memory.
Tension is invisible
The moment a disagreement stalled a decision is nowhere in a transcript you can search.
How it works
Draft, confirm, execute — with an emotion layer in the middle
Five steps take a raw transcript to a ticket in your sprint: import, emotion scoring, a Claude-drafted action item, a human confirmation against a real account, then resilient creation in Jira or ClickUp. The scoring step is what sets each draft against how the conversation actually felt, not just what was said.
The emotion model
Valence, Arousal, Dominance — a reading of the room
A RoBERTa model fine-tuned on EmoBank scores every line on three dimensions, rolling up into a mood timeline and flagging where negative valence and high arousal collide. The scores are a signal for the reviewer, never a verdict — a human still confirms every draft.
Human in the loop
Zero wrong-assignee tickets
Claude suggests a name from the conversation. Before anything is created, you map that suggestion to a real account in your Jira or ClickUp workspace — so a ticket never lands on the wrong person.
Review
Every draft shows its confidence score, priority and the full ticket it will create. Nothing is hidden behind a summary.
Confirm or edit
Accept the draft as-is, rewrite the description, change the assignee, adjust the estimate, or reject it outright.
Feedback loop
Every confirm, edit and reject is recorded and feeds the prediction-accuracy metric on your analytics dashboard.
Integrations
Straight into Jira or ClickUp
Connect once over OAuth, choose a default project or list, and on every confirmed draft Prosody places the issue in the right sprint and epic — created asynchronously with retries and a per-tenant circuit breaker so one integration outage never stalls another company's work. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with Fernet and scoped to a single tenant.
Analytics
A company-wide view of what meetings actually produce
Every confirmed, edited and rejected draft becomes a data point. The dashboard turns them into trends the whole organisation can act on.
Completion trends
How many drafted items actually get done, over time and by team.
Workload distribution
Who is being assigned the follow-up work coming out of meetings.
Recurring tension
Topics and pairings that keep showing up as tense moments.
Prediction accuracy
How often the AI's suggested assignee and priority survive human review.
Security & trust
Your conversations stay yours
Encrypted OAuth tokens
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with Fernet, never stored in plaintext.
Per-tenant isolation
Each company's transcripts, scores and action items are strictly isolated from every other tenant.
One external call
Transcript content is only ever sent to the Claude API, for drafting. It is never sold and never used to train models.
FAQ
Questions teams ask first
- Which meeting tools do you support?
- Any transcript you can export from Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Prosody works from the transcript file — there is no bot to add to your calls.
- Where do our transcripts go?
- Transcript content is only ever sent to the Anthropic Claude API, for the drafting step. It is never sold and never used to train models. Emotion scoring runs on Prosody's own infrastructure.
- Which project tools can Prosody write to?
- Jira and ClickUp. You connect them once over OAuth; Prosody creates issues in the right project, sprint and epic when you confirm a draft.
- Can the AI create a ticket on its own?
- No. Every ticket is created only after a person reviews the draft and confirms the assignee against a real account in your workspace.
- How is tenant data kept separate?
- Strict per-tenant isolation across storage and processing, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with Fernet.
- What do we get besides tickets?
- PDF and Word meeting reports, transactional email, and a company-wide analytics dashboard covering completion trends, workload, recurring tension and prediction accuracy.
