The scoring step is what sets each draft against how the conversation actually felt, not just what was said.
The emotion model
Valence and tension — a reading of the room
A RoBERTa model fine-tuned on EmoBank scores valence on every line and rolls it into a mood timeline, flagging where the tone turns negative right as the energy spikes. We checked it against human ratings on real meetings, not just the training benchmark, and only ship what held up — the scores are a signal for the reviewer, never a verdict.

Zero wrong-assignee tickets
Our AI suggests a name from the conversation. Before anything is created, you map that suggestion to a real account in your Jira or ClickUp workspace — so a ticket never lands on the wrong person.
Review
Every draft shows its confidence score, priority and the full ticket it will create. Nothing is hidden behind a summary.
Confirm or edit
Accept the draft as-is, rewrite the description, change the assignee, adjust the estimate, or reject it outright.
Feedback loop
Every confirm, edit and reject is recorded and feeds the prediction-accuracy metric on your analytics dashboard.

Questions teams ask first
- Which meeting tools do you support?
- Any transcript from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Zoom and Teams export a WebVTT file you upload; a Google Meet transcript is pasted in as text. Either way there is no bot to add to your calls — Prosody works from the transcript itself.
- Where do our transcripts go?
- Your meetings stay private to your workspace. We never sell your data, and it's never used to train AI models — for us or anyone else.
- Which project tools can Prosody write to?
- Jira and ClickUp. You connect them once over OAuth; Prosody creates issues in the right project, sprint and epic when you confirm a draft.
- Can we connect Jira and ClickUp at the same time?
- Yes. A workspace can have both connected at once. Each meeting routes to one tracker by default, and while confirming a draft the reviewer can send that one ticket to the other tracker instead. Prosody only creates tickets — it does not sync or copy anything back and forth between Jira and ClickUp.
- Can the AI create a ticket on its own?
- No. Every ticket is created only after a person reviews the draft and confirms the assignee against a real account in your workspace.
- What do we get besides tickets?
- PDF and Word meeting reports, transactional email, and a company-wide analytics dashboard covering completion trends, workload, recurring tension and prediction accuracy.
